And in adoration bow
Low before our gracious Saviour,
Who vouchsafes to hear us now.
Pray'rs ascend, like incense rising,
For new pardon, grace and peace;
May Thy Spirit's influence brighten
All our lives– our faith increase.
May the wisdom of Thy gospel
Comfort for all times afford;
And may we be waiting, ready
At Thy coming, dearest Lord.
