The Saviour has brought us life, freedom and light!
O, let us sing praises in joyful accord.
Exalting the power of Jesus, the Lord!
No longer the dark grave can fill us with fright,
For Jesus has freed us from death's gloomy night!
The yoke of our conscience no longer we feel,
And crushed is the foe by the Conqueror's heel!
The light of Jehovah illumines our way,
We walk unafraid in the brightness of day!
Then let us be happy, for after the strife
The Lord will refresh us with waters of life!
