O, let us exalt our dear Lord and proclaim,
In songs of true gratitude, praise to His name!
As songs of the angels in sweetest accord,
Our thanks and our praises shall rise to the Lord.

Lyrics
Let ev'ry gate be opened wide,
The King of glory to invite
With grace and truth abounding!
He that from sin has turned his face
Wakened from deathly sleep by grace
In light is now abiding.
Hear Him, See Him, Fighting glorious
And victorious; Night is lifted,
All with light and gladness gifted.

Around Him sings the mighty throng
Which suffered in their fetters long,
In freedom now rejoicing.
Once they were bound, but now are free;
Once they were blind, but now they see;
Once they were dead, now living.
Gracious, precious, to the fainting
He is granting Free salvation
Without bound or limitation.

All who to Christ's estate belong
Come now with glad and joyful song,
His covenant establish!
Let us his handiwork behold,
His kingdom help to build and mold;
His Word will stand forever.
Go ye! Strive ye, to inspire
And to hire Heirs of heaven!
Heart and soul to Christ be given.

O Thou who did our sorrow bear,
When shall there be enough of prayer
And praise in this world sounding?
When shall the nations, Thee, Lord, know,
And to Thy holy temple go,
With grace and love abounding?
To Thee humbly All may enter;
In Thee center Hope forever;
May we leave Thy service never!

Lord, here do we await Thine hour,
The time so full of love and pow'r
When all shall reach fruition;
The desert blooms as paradise.
In bitter springs sweet waters rise
When Thy word fills its mission.
Lord, Thou say'st now; "Storm, be going!
Light, be glowing! Flee, dark sadness!
Zion, grow thou strong in gladness!"
