The Hero great is born in Bethlehem!
He came to us from His exalted throne,
As prince of peace, as God's eternal Son!

The dauntless Hero, God's own Son!

A star foretells His coming to this earth!
The seeking men it leads to Bethlehem,
In manger low they find and worship Him!
