O, let us exalt our dear Lord and proclaim,
In songs of true gratitude, praise to His name!
As songs of the angels in sweetest accord,
Our thanks and our praises shall rise to the Lord.

Lyrics
Up yonder in heaven 'tis well with the soul,
If this we consider our courage will grow,
There Jesus will bid us that kingdom to share
Which God from beginning for us did prepare.

There we shall behold what no eye hath seen here,
And feel joys as never our hearts here could cheer,
And there we will hear what man never has heard
Of goodness which freely is shared by the Lord.

The purest sweet music we'll hear in that land.
As fondly we gaze t'ward the throne of the Lamb,
For there that great countless throng sings e'er to praise
The One who e'er was, is, and will be always.

The Bride and the Spirit say, "Jesus, come soon"
And let all who hear it say likewise, "Come soon!"
And all who are thirsty come here and receive
The water of Life, which god freely doth give.

Chorus:
Praise the Lamb of God in His love abide,
For He hath achieved our salvation sweet,
He is worthy of our honor, soon we shall reach our home
Then we'll meet Thee there, In the mansions fair!
Join in endless song with the holy throng,
Praise the Lamb, Oh, hallelujah! we'll rest no more to roam.
