O, let us exalt our dear Lord and proclaim,
In songs of true gratitude, praise to His name!
As songs of the angels in sweetest accord,
Our thanks and our praises shall rise to the Lord.

Lyrics
With triumphs loudly sounding now
The saints in glory rise
And strike their shining harps of glod
To praise Him on His Throne!
With loud "Hosannas!" ringing,
They praise the Lamb once slain,
As Christ, in glory, then shall reign
As King, supreme, alone!

When thousand, thousand angel-throngs
The shining Throne surround
With folded wings they gather 'round
And hear of Love so great.
In silence now, with bowed heads,
To hear the ransomed throng
Sing our their great redemption song
Of praise that cannot wait!

Oh, Father, when upon that Day,
Thy door of grace shall close;
When at Thy great white Judgment Throne,
Dear Father, wilt Thou say,
"Well done, thou good and faithful,
Come forth and enter in!"
Then with the saints of old I'll blend
My praise in endless Day!
