O Lord, our God, in whom we trust look down from heav'n above.
We come to Thee in pray'r this day to thank Thee for Thy love,
And for Thy mercy and Thy grace that helps us on our way.
For faithfulness each day, O Lord, accept our thanks we pray.

We thank Thee for our homes, O Lord, and for each family;
For health and safety of each one: how grateful we can be;
And for providing daily bread by blessing what we do.
Accept our humble thanks, O Lord, We praise Thy name anew.

We thank Thee for Thy Word of life: it is our guide and stay;
For parents who did teach us of Thy love and how to pray;
And for this land of freedom, Lord, with churches ev'rywhere.
We thank Theee now for all of this, such blessings sweet and fair.

We thank Thee for the beauty of creation that we see;
'Tis evidence of Thy great love that reigns eternally.
With sounds of nature that we hear, this all does thrill our heart,
Refreshing us with pow'r divine: O Lord, how great Thou art!

The most important blessing, Lord, that we appreciate
Is promise of eternity, to walk through heaven's gate;
And for Thy Son who died for us that we might live again.
Accept our heartfelt thanks, O Lord, In Jesus' name, Amen.
