We walk along this path of life
Amidst this world, its toil and strife;
Ambassadors for God above
With works of faith and labors of love!

The fatherless, a child in need;
The elderly, a widow indeed;
The poor, the sick; the pris'ner too;
They call for me, they're calling for you!

We place the seed into the ground;
God makes it grow in harvest abound.
Just like that seed our work can grow,
And multiply wherever we go!

We may not see the end thereof;
Our works of faith, our labors of love.
We trust the Lord to give the increase
In what we do, give blessing and peace!

May ev'ryone God's plan fulfill,
Each do their part, God's heavenly will.
By faith and love God's family
Will live again, His glory to see!
