When a soul repents and comes to God and leaves the world behind,
There's rejoicing by God's people ev'rywhere.
'Tis a miracle when one will come, eternal life can find.
Praise the Lord! for each and ev'ry answered pray'r!

How refreshing and uplifting when a soul comes to the Lord;
It inspires the church to greater zeal and love,
Yes rekindling first love and unity in one accord.
Praise the Lord! there is revival from above!

Wand'ring child if you are weary and tired of earthly ways
And would like to have God's promises divine,
Call upon the Lord for mercy, and His grace will you amaze!
Thank the Lord! salvation's light on you will shine!

One by one we pray each prodigal will heed God's loving call;
Earnestly we hope all answer e'er too late,
For eachh soul has greater value than this old terrestrial ball.
Pray the Lord that all my walk thro' heaven's gate!
