The spangled night, the brilliant sun, The hosts of heav'n praise Him in unison.
The orchard's beauty glorifies the earth with lovely fruits unnumbered,
Each rolling plain with golden grain, Brings to our mind His heavenly Word.
Our God sends coolness on a breeze; He speaks and thunderclouds assemble.
