O, let us exalt our dear Lord and proclaim,
In songs of true gratitude, praise to His name!
As songs of the angels in sweetest accord,
Our thanks and our praises shall rise to the Lord.

Lyrics
Praise ye the Lord; He is king over all the creation!
Praise thou the Lord, O my soul, as the God of salvation!
Come and rejoice; Lift up your heart and your voice.
Praise Him in true adoration!

Praise ye the Lord, who in glorious majesty reigneth;
Beareth thee upward, on wings like the eagle's sustaineth.
He can provide, After thy own heart's delight,
What to thy welfare pertaineth.

Praise thou the Lord, who prepares thee with might and with wisdom,
Heals thy diseases and leadeth thee on to His kingdom.
From fear and harm, His strong and almighty arm
Shields and defends thee with kindness.

Praise thou the Lord, who hast blest thee with bountiful treasure,
And from the heavens has sent thee His love in rich measure,
Art thou aware, How the Almighty with care
Meets thee in love and with pleasure?

Praise to the Lord; Oh, let all that is in me adore Him!
All that have breath sing with Abraham's children before Him!
He is our light, Fountain of glory and might,
Peace to my spirit restoring.
