O, let us exalt our dear Lord and proclaim,
In songs of true gratitude, praise to His name!
As songs of the angels in sweetest accord,
Our thanks and our praises shall rise to the Lord.

Lyrics
There are those special times in life when we will oft reflect
Upon our past and present, and the future we'll project.
A milestone or goal we've reached, those times we win or lose;
Those happenings of joy or grief, or when we have to choose;
It's in thses times we realize how thankful we can be,
If we have faith in God, our Lord, who guides our destiny!

It's in these quiet times of thought that we begin to see
How temporal and fleeting and how fragile life can be.
No matter whether young or old mortality we share;
We must confess our need for One who from this fate can spare.
Our faith in God redeems us, His salvation realize;
Though mortal we, He'll share with us eternal life, our prize!

May we then consecrate ourselves in service to our God,
Our hopes and dreams, our ev'ry step, while on earth's path we trod.
It's not so much what is behind, nor what may be ahead,
What matters most is faith in God, with Jesus as our head.
May we prioritize our life to what does matter most,
Believe the Eternal One, His Son and Holy Ghost!

So in these special times of life when humbly we reflect
Upon our past and present, and our future we project,
Acknowledge the Creator who do guide all destiny,
And worship the Redeemer who does reign eternally.
Yes while we live upon this earth, may we aspire to do
What matters most, have faith in God, and live in Christ anew!
