In praise, lift up my voice.
In grateful hymns of thankfulness,
Thy glory I would raise.
Oh Father, hear my worship-cry,
I praise Thee and rejoice!
Now keep me from this world of sin,
Teach me Thy Name to praise.
If I, tho' often weak and faint
Pursue Thy Name to bless,
How shall it be in Heav'n above
With saints, I'll praise Thy grace
In songs which angels ne'er can sing

Until my course is finished here
