O, let us exalt our dear Lord and proclaim,
In songs of true gratitude, praise to His name!
As songs of the angels in sweetest accord,
Our thanks and our praises shall rise to the Lord.

Lyrics
Lord, I come to Thee now in pray'r
In submission, bow my head.
For in awe, I kneel before Thee,
Thou, who saved me from the dead!

Oh, how can I truly thank Thee
For the grace that Thou didst grant me
To from sin to there turn away,
Reaching up toward the Light of day?

Oh, my loving Savior, Jesus,
Thou art all in all to me.
Thou, who died to pardon all my sins
There upon that cruel tree.

Thou didst leave Thy home in Heaven,
Came to trod here 'mong the heathen.
Words alone can not express
Lord, to Thee my gratefulness.

Loving Father, how I thank Thee
For Thy High and Heav'nly Call,
For Thy patience, mercy and love
Even though, Lord, I did stall.

Lord, Thou grantedst me the strength so
I could turn and humbleness show.
Then from on Thy Throne above
Stretch'd out Thy hand to me in love.

Oh, what overwhelming joy, Lord,
When Thy peace came over me.
When I Thy forgiveness felt and,
Oh, how thankful could I be.

When that awful, sinful burden
No more on my heart did press then,
Praise and honor, Lord, I bring
Of Thy glory wil I sing.

Hold me up when evils threaten,
Grant me courage, grace from Heaven,
So that when this life is done
I, a crown, there may have won.

So now make me, Heav'nly Father
So Thou canst make use of me.
Here to work, Lord, in Thy vineyard,
Humbly will Thy servant be.
