His mighty Word is life and strength; we know what makes it thus;
Yes God is in the Word we know; therefore it blesses us!
His holy Word is comforting and has such healing pow'r,
Refreshing us down in our soul just like a pleasant show'r!
We love to hear Thy precious Word upon the Sabbath day,
Then by Thy grace we'll live for Thee and walk the narrow way!
It is promised in the living Word that all who will obey
And keep His teachings sure and true shall live with Him some day!
While going to our heav'nly home the Bible leads us on;
It takes us through the darkest night until the morning dawn!

And with the pure blood of His Son, Christ did our ransom pay!
